Meet Florence
I’m Florence, a professional French teacher.
I help foreigners in France speak naturally, connect deeply, and finally feel truly at home in France.
Helping international partners in France communicate with more confidence, clarity and independence.
If you live in France — especially with a French partner — you already know that learning the language isn’t just about grammar or vocabulary.
It’s about belonging. It’s about feeling at ease in your home, your family, your community.
My mission is simple: to help you feel at home — in French and in France.
My journey
I'm a native French speaker from the sunny south of France, but life has taken me far beyond my hometown.
After more than ten years in the corporate world, I moved abroad and built a life in a multicultural environment. It was there that I met my husband.
A few years later, we settled in Sardinia, his home region.
That experience gave me a unique perspective on life in a binational relationship.
I know what it means to move from being an expatriate couple to building a life in one partner's home country.
I understand the adjustments, the cultural shifts, the loss of familiar reference points and the role language plays in feeling truly at home.
Since 2017, I've been teaching French to adults and helping learners gain confidence, find their voice and feel more at ease in their life in France.
What I believe

I believe adults learn differently.
You bring experience, intelligence and life skills to the learning process. My role is not to treat you like a student. My role is to help you unlock what you are capable of.

I believe French should be useful.
Learning French isn't about memorising grammar rules.
It's about participating in conversations, building relationships and feeling confident in everyday life

I believe in autonomy.
My goal is to give you the tools, strategies and confidence to keep progressing between sessions.

I believe learning should feel natural.
The most effective learning often happens through meaningful communication, reflection and real-life practice.
My approach
French fluency isn’t about perfection — it’s about connection.
That’s why I created the Daily Mentoring program: a unique blend of personal support, daily chat exchanges, and short Zoom sessions that help you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.
There are no pre-fixed modules — everything is designed around your goals, your level, and your rhythm.
You’ll practice real French, the one you actually hear and need every day — at home, with friends, or in your new community.
My role is to guide you, encourage you and help you grow — one real conversation at a time.
