If you live in France — especially with a French partner — you already know that learning the language isn’t just about grammar or vocabulary. It’s about belonging. It’s about feeling at ease in your home, your family, your community.
My mission is simple: to help you feel at home — in French and in France.
I’m a native French speaker from the sunny south of France, but my path has taken me far beyond it. In 2013, I left the corporate world — where I worked as a manager — and moved abroad to build a new life.
A few years later, in 2017, I found the work that truly made sense to me: teaching French.
Since then, I’ve lived and taught in France, Malaysia, and Malta, and I now live in Sardinia with my husband.
I’ve been helping learners from all over the world gain confidence, find their voice, and feel at home in the language.
I know what it means to build a life abroad, to navigate love, work, friendships, and identity in a language that isn’t yours.
I know how it feels when:

These experiences shaped the way I teach. They’re the reason I created UpYourFrench.

My approach
French fluency isn’t about perfection — it’s about connection.
That’s why I created the Daily Mentoring program: a unique blend of personal support, daily chat exchanges, and short Zoom sessions that help you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.
There are no pre-fixed modules — everything is designed around your goals, your level, and your rhythm.
You’ll practice real French, the one you actually hear and need every day — at home, with friends, or in your new community.
My role is to guide you, encourage you and help you grow — one real conversation at a time.
